Peptides & Temperature-Sensitive Products (South Africa)
Overview
Due to the perishable and environmentally sensitive nature of peptide products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. Peptides are highly sensitive to temperature, light, handling, and storage conditions, and their integrity cannot be guaranteed once they leave our control.
This policy is in place to protect customer safety and product quality and is compliant with the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
No Returns on Peptide Products
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for peptide products under the following circumstances:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect product selection by the customer

Improper storage or handling after delivery

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
Once dispatched, all peptide products are considered final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can assess the issue.
To qualify for assistance:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photographs of:

The damaged product

The original packaging

The shipping label

Your order number and contact details
Each case will be reviewed individually. If damage occurred during transit or an error occurred on our part, we may, at our discretion:

Replace the product, or

Issue a refund or store credit
Shipping & Temperature Considerations
We take reasonable steps to package peptide products appropriately at the time of dispatch. However:

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or third parties

We cannot guarantee temperature stability once the package is in transit although we take every precaution to protect your shipment from excess high temperatures with heat resistant packaging

Customers are responsible for ensuring prompt receipt and appropriate storage upon delivery
Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Notice
In terms of the CPA:

Goods that are perishable or intended for hygiene-sensitive use may be exempt from standard return rights

This policy does not limit your rights where goods are proven to be defective at the time of delivery
Nothing in this policy is intended to unlawfully limit any rights afforded to consumers under South African law.
